The study of extraterrestrial life has many aspects.

This article focuses on certain well-protected diplomatic meeting places where various species from all kinds of worlds come together to negotiate.

I will present some examples and we will briefly discuss a related phenomenon, namely spaces where people mix to do trade or simply to have some fun.

PROCESSING ENCYCLOPEDIA GALACTICA

One of the main sources for the recent flow of articles is the Encyclopedia Galactica by Elena Danaan. 1,2

I process the information on this website either by adding the species tot the overview page, 3 or by writing overview articles on certain (kind of) species and their colonies for instance. 4-8

The Encyclopedia volumes are alphabetically ordered by the name of the constellations.

I recently entered the domain of the Centaurus constellation, which has led to the discovery of the work of Hal Wilcox, 9,13 who is not mentioned in the Encyclopedia.

As a researcher into these galactic phenomena it is always a good thing to have certain information that is corroborated by more people.

When it comes to the people in the Alpha Centauri systems we not only have Elena Danaan and Hal Wilcox, but also David Wilcock, whose sources talked about people living in from these star systems. 14

SILUIN IN THE 'ALPHA B CENTAURI' SYSTEM

On pages 108-109 in the second volume of the Encyclopedia Galactica we can find information on a moon that is orbiting Selo.

It is described as the largest of Selo's seven moons.

It functions as a diplomatic meeting place.

What is remarkable about this Moon is that it can only be accessed through a kind of bridge that is connected to a space station that everybody needs to enter first before being allowed to visit this moon Siluin.

The moon itself would be protected by a strong field which would make it impossible to enter in any other way than through this bridge or bridges, since there are more of them in between the moon and that space station.

I was under the impression that this was new information, but Elena made a reference to her book
The Seeders, 15 and indeed on pages 201-203 in that book you can also find a section on Siluin, for it would have been the place where representatives of,

  • the Galactic Federation of Worlds, 16

  • the Council of Alnilam, 17

  • The Andromeda Council, 18

  • the Ashtar Command 19

  • the Intergalactic Confederation, 20

...would have spoken about ways to make sure peace would be assured in our solar system.

In The Seeders she describes Siluin:

"On this day he [Thor Han] did answer, and he showed me the place he was visiting, which I had seen in the past months already through his eyes. It is a very beautiful place.

The first thing you notice is light, so bright that it is nearly blinding, and you realize then that it comes from the powerful sunlight's reflection on a blanket of immaculate clouds underneath.

Siluin hosts a floating facility, like a city above the clouds." 15, p.203

Impression of

Ashtar Facility (21, p.38) (26)

THE ASHTAR COMMAND FACILITY

The Ashtar Command has a facility that is also known for its strong security measures and its function as a diplomatic meeting place.

In yet another book (We will Never Let You Down) by Elena Danaan we can hear her describe her visit to this huge floating facility in the upper atmosphere of Jupiter in our own solar system.

"This place was gigantic! A real city! My attention was caught gazing toward the view behind the huge bay windows, through which we could glimpse Jupiter's clouds dancing outside in powerful twirling winds.

We were at cloud level of one of the numerous atmospheric layers, as if inside a big ship sailing on an ocean of clouds, under a tormented thundering sky. " 21, p.41

This Ashtar facility is highly protected. One of the means of protection is the ability to scan thoughts and emotions.

Here's a relevant piece:

During a conversation with Celadion, Elena says:

-"I understand. Well, to be honest, I feel uncomfortable here, Celadion. I know our brains are scanned and I find it very difficult to control my thoughts constantly.

It is exhausting.

–Relax, he responded. They probe only fear-based frequencies.

-Fear based frequencies?

-Yes, all harmful thoughts are on the same frequency range as fear. So they can locate instantly, also with the level of tension in the energy fields, if someone onboard the outpost is a spy, or a shapeshifter for instance.

The Ashtar outposts are very finely controlled military facilities. Every single person you see around you has a security clearance and a good reason to be here." 21, p.46-47

THE SABHU-EL

It's interesting to note that a T-Ashkeru colony called Sabhu-El from the Cassiopeia Constellation also live in the atmosphere of a huge planet with their anti-gravity mother ship, just like the Ashtar Command 19 in Jupiter's atmosphere. 2, 72-73

It seems that some T-Ashkeru end of living in these huge vessels in the safe surroundings of a huge planet.

Their face did turn blue along the way because of the influence of the local star, but that is another matter.

OTHER MEETING PLACES

Besides these highly protected diplomatic facilities or moons, there also other kind of meeting places, where people turn to, to relax, have a nice chat or do commerce.

Elena mentions a number of them. We have spoken about this gathering place created by the Vyn, where you can order their blue drink that has grown famous across the galaxy.

At 22 you can learn all about them in a video from Star Nation News. Perhaps our own Jupiter Hub will turn into such a place as well. 23

Another example can be found in the Cassiopeia Constellation, where we can find the Zo Collective in the Pheroa System:

"The fabulous megapolises of this planet are home to vast recreational centers where different cultures come together. These are meeting places for cultural exchange and trade." 2, p.82

SOME REFLECTIONS

There must be countless meeting places in our galaxy, let alone in the universe.

This article is only meant to reflect a bit upon this phenomenon. It also adds to our understanding of this galactic reality (if it turns out to be true, that is).

Sometimes other places are chosen for meetings, like that meeting on that moon, Ariel 24 of Uranus where the Galactic Federation of Worlds would have met the Negumak to discuss their possible entry into their organization. 25

If I come across other facilities like this in the future, I will add them to this page. Would Hal Wilcox have heard something about Siluin, too?

I hope to find out soon. 9,13

  9. It was funny to discover his name in the first release of the UFO Files. In one of the files 10,11 there was a complete copy of a magazine called 'Flying Saucers'. In that magazine I noticed Wilcox' name (see the screenshot).

I have recently received a book that he has written about his experiences on Selo, a planet in the Alpha B Centauri star system. You will learn more about him in future articles.

If you would like an introduction take a look at. 12 I already mentioned him in the article on the radio transmissions. 13

  26. A member of our Study Group noted the similarity between this image of the Ashtar Facility and that of Cloud City from the Star Wars world. 27

It is quite obvious that Elena Danaan took that image for her depiction of that facility of the Ashtar Command. It would have been nice if she would have added the source of that picture in her book.

Elena can be very strict when it comes to copyright (and I try to respect that as much as possible), but she wasn't too tough on herself, at least in the early days.
