Over the years, many individuals have
related wisdom shared with them during a contact experience with
the higher Extraterrestrials (ETs).
Most of those forms
of contact involve either a physical contact or a meeting of the
awareness as in mind to mind contact. We find in paranormal
literature, two major categories of physical contact experiences -
those that are overwhelming fearful and negative and those which can
be considered positive.
The negative experiences are usually
related to the so called "abduction" scenario, characterized by
fear, forced examinations, medical procedures, lost time and lost
memory. In contrast, contact with positive ETs usually leaves a
feeling of blissful well being and often involves the feeling of a
flow of love and understanding from the ET.
However even positive ET
experiences can prove to be fearful for the person who has no
context of understanding to make sense of them, and these
experiences are often repressed only to be uncovered years later
through hypnotic regression.
Those who have made contact with
positive ETs are often given a message of wisdom to pass along
to the remainder of humanity.
Besides direct contact, another source of wisdom from higher ETs is
through the phenomenon of
channeling, or inner contact.
Many individuals who have centered their awareness in the inner self
through meditation or the quieting of the active mind, have
experienced a soul to soul contact with higher ET beings.
They may have intentionally volunteered
themselves to be conduits for this type of communication, or they
may have been selected for the purity and accuracy of the channel.
In either case, people have recorded the thoughts and concepts that
have come through such communication, passing them along to the rest
of humanity.
This section will present ET wisdom gained both by direct contact
and by conceptual transfer through selected individuals
(channeling).
Soulic Journey
- A Life Transformed By Higher ET Contact
In his beautifully illustrated book,
Soulic Journey, Douglas Taylor
tells how his life was changed by a completely unexpected encounter
with beings beyond our planet.
After a long day of surfing in the
clear waters of the Caribbean, he laid down to sleep. Before dozing
off he began to feel a sort of spinning sensation often felt by
people who have experienced ET contact. As he returned to normal
awareness from this state, he found himself inside a spacecraft in
the presence of seven extraordinarily beautiful beings.
Incredulous and with great amazement, he
heard the following greeting as a voice within his mind:
"Yes, friend, you are truly with us.
Now allow your mind to relax, and we will be most happy to shed
some light on your present predicament..."
Douglas Taylor's narrative continues:
"One particular soul, human in
appearance and dressed in a pure white space suit, was looking
at me with the most intense, penetrating eyes I had ever seen.
He seemed to be able to pierce directly into my mind - and I
knew this was no "human being" in my normal frame of conception.

noticed a warmth and tremendous sense of peace..."

as we are your brothers and wish only to make you feel at ease,
so that you may gain some benefit from this encounter.
You are
one of many we are contacting in this way so as to let our
presence be known upon Earth to prepare the people for the
future plan that is beginning to unfold...
Your people of
planet Earth have yet to realize that intelligent life is
teeming, virtually throughout the universe, in advanced
civilizations and levels of development that would completely
defy description.
The countless billions of stars that appear in
your astronomer's telescopes are only a fraction of the
overall magnitude of Infinite Creation... We come from a
planet outside your solar system, the name of which would mean
nothing to you."
"... you see us as fantastic beings, bordering on the limits of
your imagination, in actuality we are humble participants -
riding the life stream and helping our brothers in lesser states
of awareness to awaken to their true nature. We are truly
brothers to humanity, and are looking forward to the near future
when your people can accept us and desire us to land our
spacecraft on your planet's floor, so that you too, can join us
as working members of this great Cosmic Mind."
Months later after his contact
experience, Douglas Taylor began to have psychic experiences
that completely changed his life.

Third Density
Reality an Illusion
According to many of the ET sources, our current three dimensional
reality is one step along a stairway of ever higher fields of
awareness and consciousness.
Although we are restricted in many ways
and our lives bound to the rules of our earthbound matrix, the
reality we find ourselves in is highly useful for rapid evolution.
However it is incumbent on us at this time to begin to see through
the illusion so that we can overcome it through a shift in
awareness.
What each needs to understand is
that the physical, manifest world is truly an illusion, or
maya,
as it is so aptly written in many of your great books. In this
illusion, one wanders endlessly looking for the answers. Alas,
the answers are never there.

cases of contact with UFOs and extraterrestrial beings through
decades of work using hypnotic regression. She has written a series
of books on the information she has uncovered in her work.
Speaking in her book Convoluted
Universe, she has this to say about knowledge of the illusion
shared by contactees:
Apparently when we enter the Earth
existence, the third dimensional reality, we exist with a facade
as actors playing various roles. For some it is the adventure of
the experience, the journey.
For others it is entrapment in an
illusion that takes on all the qualities of reality. No matter
how we perceive it, we automatically create karma just by living
in this dimension, and are trapped in this reality until we

discusses some of the control mechanisms that act to keep us at the
third density of level of illusion.
One of them is the major
emphasis on Left Brain thinking. Classroom and aptitude tests used
in our schools are designed mainly to encourage and evaluate left
brain skills which are innately masculine and lead to separateness
and competition among us.
Right brain activities such as aesthetics,
art, poetry, music, intuitive learning, etc are not emphasized.
Thus our society subconsciously
encourages the development of male traits.
The human race has been exploring
what we might call the principle of separateness. This brings
about individuality and less dependence on the collective....
Our education focuses on left-brain thinking (analysis, 3D
logic, linear evaluations, fragmentation, etc).
This means consciousness is molded
by the left-brain structure to operate in a more fragmented mode
(separateness and an excess of masculine energy). Pushed by

Unity Created
Diversity - Individuals Explore Separateness
According to the ET sources, The Infinite Creator which is one only
became many to explore the possibilities of individuality.
Individuals then react with other individuals at various levels or
densities of reality in order to eventually rediscover their unity
with all once again. Several ET sources have reported that it is
actually beneficial to have a certain amount of what we would call
"Evil" present as a force to accelerate learning.
The conflict
between
those serving self and those attempting to serve others
leads to a struggle between opposing sides resulting in a
clarification of the nature of both good and evil.
It is the struggle between opposing
forces that acts like the mainspring of a watch, driving evolution
forward while we are in the third density reality. We exist within
this environment of polarity with a similarly polarized internal
structure consisting of spirit or awareness as one pole and matter
or body as the opposite pole.
We all contain as our core existence
the pure awareness that pervades the entire creation.
However, as part of the rules for
existence in this lower density, we have forgotten our original
identities as pure spiritual beings and have taken on name and form,
a unique individualized role, within the illusion.
This is often
referred to as the veil of forgetfulness. By seeing ourselves as
individuals, we feel free to serve self or serve others, to pursue
objects of desire, to make choices and to observe the results of
those choices.

diversity of separate paths before eventually remembering our innate

The intelligent infinity discerned a
concept. This concept was discerned to be freedom of will or
awareness. This concept was finity. This was the first and
primal paradox or distortion of the Law of One.
Thus the one
intelligent infinity invested itself in an exploration of many-ness.
Due to the infinite possibilities of intelligent infinity there
is no ending to many-ness. The exploration, thus, is free to
continue infinitely in an eternal present.

We as humans are challenged by
intelligent life that looks so different from us. This challenge
can be disturbing. But it can also remind us that the Source of
all is myriad in its expression of life forms, including
intelligent life forms, across the vast universe.

hopelessly anthropocentric would be offended by the Supreme

Three Groups
of ETs - Controllers, Protectors, Observers
Diversity of ET Agendas
Just as there is a mix of good and evil on our planet, the groups of
ET's interacting with humanity can also be divided into those who
are benign and those who are working towards their own agenda.
Those
groups who have tried to exploit mankind for their own benefit
reportedly have entered into secret agreements with various
government authorities and little known agencies in the armed forces
and intelligent networks, trading their superior technologies for
the right to access various resources on our planet.
The government officials, in turn, have
suppressed this knowledge to keep the advantages of the association
to themselves. This preoccupation with secrecy and non-disclosure of
the extraterrestrial presence has shaped our earthly politics for
more than half of the last century.
Although the force of separateness and self-interest is useful for
speeding evolution in third density, we are about to enter a new
cycle of beingness. According to many ET sources our earth's
existence in third density is about to end and we will be entering
into a fourth density condition of enhanced awareness and positivity.
The more aware elements in our society are
trying to take our social structures forward. But the
elites and controlling sectors of society that are benefiting from
the current paradigm are working intensely behind the scenes to keep
the status quo. They know that a knowledge of beneficient ET
presence would activate our higher awareness, so they hide this
knowledge from us using disinformation, ridicule, and even force to
keep the topic out of the mainstream.
In his book Exopolitics, the Implications of the Extraterrestrial
Presence, Dr
Richard Salla defines three
categories of ET groups that are influencing affairs on our planet.

The controlling ETs he has
dubbed "Good Shepherd ETs". He compares them to a
sheepherder who looks after his flock (earth humanity), but
considers the flock his personal possession to be dealt with
as he sees fit.

A second group which he calls
the "Protective Parent ETs" are those that are actively
working for our greater awareness and to protect us from the
controlling ETs.

A third group he terms "Wise
Mentor ETs" do not intervene directly but instead watch from
a distance, knowing that the struggle itself guarantees the
ultimate goal of our integration of positive and negative
into a synthesis of Unity.
The Good Shepherd ETs (Controllers)
In terms of the different ET races
described by whistleblowers, the "good shepherd" ETs [that
regards us as a resource] include the
Greys from Zeta Reticulum,
Tall Greys (from Orion),
Reptilians (Earth based),
Draco-Reptilians from Orion, and
the Anunnaki (giant humanoids
from Nibiru).
The most common strategy used by "good shepherd" ETs to exercise
control over humanity is to create the illusion of "wolves" in
the form of "dangerous individuals, organizations or other
contrived threats which allows individuals and communities to
delegate their sovereign power to political institutions."
Similarly, good shepherd ETs create sufficient "illusionary
wolves" who threaten law and order, to persuade individuals to
surrender their individual sovereignty to powerful political
institutions. Authors such as
David Icke argue, for example,
that the 9/11 attacks on New York and Washington were
effectively an attempt to depict Islamic terrorists as "wolves"
in order to scare the global general public to surrender more
freedom to government authorities.
Subsequently, "good shepherd" ETs enter into a collection of
"Faustian bargains" with political elites who directly benefit
if they agree to cooperate with these ET races in controlling
all sectors of national life: political, religious, economic and
military.
"This subgroup [Reptilian ET types who regard us as a resource
to be managed] therefore assists in the
development of a
one-world government that centralizes political power and
restricts human sovereignty and freedom without eliminating it
altogether.

A second subgroup of the "good
shepherd" ETs are an off-world race that has entered into
agreements with clandestine organizations in which advanced
technology is exchanged for the right to establish a presence on
the planet and to collaborate on joint ET/human projects.
In general, ETs in the first and third subgroups (Anunnaki,
Nephilim) of the "good shepherd" category desire non disclosure
of the ET presence and go to great lengths to intimidate,
silence and eliminate individuals who have participated in
clandestine organizations from revealing the full extent of
their activities.
The main goal of all sub-groups in the "good
shepherd" ET category is to "harvest" the resources of humanity
without compromising the integrity of the biosphere and ET
control over the evolution of global humanity.
It is this loose alliance of Earth based ET races that
influences/controls the leadership of the
secret societies
that have historically dominated humanity.
Thus the leadership
of
Freemasons,
Illuminati, Knights Templars, etc,
all reflect a
loose cooperation by terrestrially based ET races that share
common interests in preventing global catastrophe on the planet,
but differ profoundly over the evolution of the human species
and whether "off-world" ET races should intervene on Earth.

Protective Parent ETs
The "protective parent" ET category
wishes to shield humanity as an "adolescent race" as far as
possible from the dangers that exist for humanity as a maturing
race.
ETs in this category have a moral orientation of helping
humanity become aware of the presence of other ET races
throughout the galaxy and to cooperate with these races in an
alliance often described by whistleblowers and other sources as
the
Galactic Federation.
The protective "parent ET" races spend considerable time
assisting various human organizations to counter the agendas of
"Good Shepherd" ET races that are actively trying to control
global humanity for purposes of harvesting the resources of
humanity and the planet.
This category of ETs promotes an agenda
of full disclosure of the ET presence, and is dedicated to
serving the best interests of humanity as viewed from the lens
of a "protective parent" that served as a biological source for
humanity...
Some of the ET races that fall into this category
are typically described as the Nordics (Lyra), Sirians (Sirius
B), Pleiadians, Altairians, and Alpha Centaurians.
Some of the ways in which these "Nordic/Semitic" ETs assist
humanity is, for example, to counter the harmful environmental
effects of advanced weapons technology developed and deployed by
clandestine organizations. Also, significant terrorist actions
sponsored by the "Good Shepherd" ET factions, are presumably
mitigated or prevented by Nordic / Semite races.
For instance,
terrorist actions subsequent to the September 11, 2001 attack
may have been prevented by covert assistance from these races to
security forces around the planet, thereby helping to stabilize
Earth's security situation.

The Wise Mentor ETs (Observers)
The "wise mentor" category of ET
races have a hands-off approach to global humanity and only
offer assistance if it is in the best interest of all concerned
in such an intervention.
They promote "consciousness raising"
and have a moral orientation that is deeply spiritual insofar as
they present the unity of all life, and the importance of
honoring the role of all forces in the evolutionary development
of humanity.
They do not offer technology in the conventional sense but a
highly advanced "language of light" technology consisting of
sacred geometrical forms that are simultaneously found
throughout the universe, in the atom, and the human energy
field. They teach that understanding the sacred geometrical
light patterns in all life will lead to the emancipation of
individuals and life on the planet.
Wise mentor ETs do not directly confront and counter the
influence of "good shepherd" ET races, which differentiates this
category from the "protective parent." Indeed, "wise mentor" ETs
warn against the implicit dangers of intervention since this may
retard the evolutionary growth of humanity.
Put simply, the wise mentor ETs view the hard knocks of
humanity's encounter with "good shepherd" ETs as part of the
evolutionary process for a species and thus do not intervene. In
contrast, protecting humanity from the "hard knocks" of
humanity's encounter with "good shepherd" ETs is an important
goal of "protective parent" ETs.

Dr. Salla goes on to describe the wise
mentor ETs as consisting of higher dimensional non-physical beings
derived from Arcturus, Sirius A and parts of the Orion constellation
together with an ancient Founding or "Central" race that seeded the
galaxy in the far distant past.
Earth's
Pending Ascension from Third to Fourth Density
For thousands of years humanity has been at the third step in the
progression of densities or dimensions.
According to ET sources, a
percentage of humanity will soon or is currently transitioning to
fourth density and in the near future, our Earth will become (and is
already transitioning into) a fourth density environment.
In the book
The Ra Material, the higher
dimensional social-memory complex (group mind) referred to as Ra
compares the attributes of third and fourth densities.
Fourth density is not of words,
unless chosen. It is not of heavy chemical vehicles for body
complex activities. It is not of disharmony within self... (nor)
within peoples. It is a plane wherein one is aware of the
thoughts of other-selves.
It is a plane of compassion and
understanding of the sorrows of third density. It is a plane
striving towards wisdom or light. You will find a sharp increase
in the number of people whose vibrational potentials include the
potential for fourth-vibrational distortions.
Thus there will seem to be, shall we
say, a new breed. These are those incarnating for fourth-density
work. There will also be a sharp increase in the short run of
negatively oriented or polarized individuals due to the
polarizing conditions of the sharp delineation between
fourth-density characteristics and third-density self-service
orientation.
Those who remain in fourth density upon this plane
[after the shift] will be of the so-called positive orientation.

Arcturus is a red-supergiant star in the constellation Bootes
about 36 light years away and is visible in the northern
hemisphere. It has been stated by more than one source,

Edgar Cayce, that the Arcturus civilization is one of
the most advanced races in the galaxy.
In fact Arcturus is in
the fifth-dimensional spectrum. They long since contacted our
governments, but as is the case with all such ET contacts with
many governments on Earth they were rejected. Their mission is
to educate souls on Earth...
The planet is moving into the New
Age, which they referred to as the seventh Golden Age. It will
be a time of balance, harmony, and love, raising the planet's
vibrations to its highest level.

Should they

Those who do not choose to raise

that the negative beings work through covert government and elite
organizations to continue to dominate others and maintain their
control over military and economic global structures.
The (negative) aliens, along with
their puppets, the covert government, are not likely to succeed
in preventing the creation of, or access to, the parallel

Battle of Armageddon
The increased polarization at this time of transition and the
alignment of ET groups on the sides either opposing or facilitating
our ascension have resulted in a great struggle that is being played

We are in the midst of it and many don't even
realize that the struggle is in process, why it is taking place, and
