That principle is absolute, and it does not bend for the sympathetic.
After all, it started it all by persecuting its own people who happen to be Russian long before the Russians attacked.
On September 17, a drone struck the cooling tower serving reactor Unit No. 1 at Russia's Kursk nuclear-power complex. The reactor was operating at full power.
According to information supplied to the International Atomic Energy Agency, the strike fortunately caused minor damage, meaning the human race was spared a nuclear disaster.
But
Zaporizhzhia, another nuclear plant
that has also been attacked, lost its sole external power line
before emergency diesel was replenished.
All of them are severely deranged, supporting war in the 21st Century that is attacking the foundations of civilization's core structures, energy, and food.
These politicians are reckless beyond words. They
are playing with nuclear madness.
Oil refineries, fuel depots, ammunition factories, airfields, and railway junctions are conventional military or dual-use targets.
A nuclear power station belongs in a separate
category entirely. Zelenskyy is commander in chief, and his
administration has actively promoted Ukraine's long-range campaign
inside Russia.
That logic has no natural stopping point.
Actually,
It is not ordinary. It is civilizational insanity. And it's not even the first time.
In August of 2025, there was a similar attack against the nuclear plant.
Any sane political leadership would condemn this act immediately.
Instead,
If the world had any sense, Ukraine would be cut
off entirely - politically, militarily, and financially - for
endangering all of humanity with such recklessness. When Washington overthrew the pro-Russian Ukrainian government in 2014
and installed an anti-Russian
regime, to be reunited with Russia...
Meanwhile,
The immediate existential danger is not a machine developing too much intelligence.
It is political leaders displaying outright insanity.
But when leaders knowingly play military games around nuclear reactors, the honest word is insanity.
Putin is a pussy and should have been much more aggressive.
Paul Craig Roberts, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury in the Reagan administration and an associate editor and columnist for the Wall Street Journal, has been saying so for years.
So the blame for this attack sits heavily on the shoulders of the Americans and NATO.
In 2014, when all the trouble started in Ukraine, it was Barack Obama who was president, and the betrayal of Russia started in the Bush era when they broke promises about not expanding NATO into Russia's backyard.
The famous assurance was made on February 9, 1990, during George H. W. Bush's presidency.

Betrayal does not stop being betrayal because lawyers failed to make the agreement a treaty...
Gorbachev accepted German reunification inside NATO and dismantled the Soviet military position in Eastern Europe after receiving repeated assurances that Western power would not advance eastward.
The West later used the absence of a signature as permission to do precisely that.
That betrayal destroyed the trust that ended the Cold War and helped build the road to Ukraine, attacks around nuclear installations, and the possibility of nuclear war.
It does not justify every subsequent Russian action - but pretending NATO's broken assurances had no consequences is historical dishonesty.
Political insanity runs deep in the
West...!
