Wake up, monkeys...
You have been told
that a country in debt is a country that spent too much...
Wrong...!
The debt is not
the accident.
The debt is the
machine.
Here is how it was
built.
In the 1970s
America cut the chain between its money and its gold, so
it could print as much as it wanted.
It printed, it
spent, and the money landed in your hands.
You put it in
the bank.
The bank lent
it to the government.
The government
spent it again, and it landed in your hands again.
Fifty years of the
same circle...
Today every country on earth owes 300 trillion
dollars. Everything the world produces in a year is
100 trillion. Hand over every banana on the planet and
you have not covered a third of the tab.
So what does a government do when it cannot pay the
interest?
It can print,
and you eat the inflation.
It can tax, and
you eat that too.
Or it can
borrow again, which is not a solution, it is the
same circle with a bigger number.
Three doors, and
all three open into the same room. Except the room is
emptying...
The money is not
sitting in the banks any more, it is pouring into the
stock market, and a bank with nothing in it lends to
nobody.
That is why central
banks are quietly loading up on gold and silver.
And that is why
somebody up there might not mind a crash at all: scare
the money out of the market, back into the vaults, and
the borrowing can start again.
Mr. Carmelo tells you straight:
nobody up there
is trying to pay this debt off.
They are trying
to keep it moving.
A debt that never
stops moving never has to be repaid, and the only ones
who ever settle up are the monkeys at the bottom holding
the leaves.
So who do you think actually pays the interest in the
end? |
