Environmental modification techniques (ENMOD) for military use constitute the ultimate weapon of mass destruction.

Rarely acknowledged in the debate on global climate change, the world's weather can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated electromagnetic weapons.

Both the US and Russia have developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use.

ENMOD has been applied by the Pentagon for more than 50 years.

During the Vietnam War, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in 1967 under Project Popeye, the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season.

This had 2 benefits for the Pentagon:

• to block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh trail, by which weapons, supplies and soldiers moved

• to disrupt North Vietnam's agriculture

The Pentagon has developed advanced capabilities that enable it to selectively alter weather patterns.

The technology, which was developed in the 1990s under the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), was an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative - "Star Wars".

From a military standpoint, HAARP - which was officially abolished in 2014 - is a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems around the world.

It was shut down in 2014, after all the various tests conducted globally since 1999, were proven to be highly successful.

It will be re-activated, from its current dormant state, whenever the Pentagon has a need for its use.

HAARP

The HAARP project was started in 1992.

It was officially closed down at its location in Alaska in 2014. The technology of weather modification shrouded in secrecy, nonetheless prevails. HAARP documents confirm that the technology was fully operational by 1998.

It should be emphasized that while the Pentagon confirms that weather warfare is fully operational, there is no documented evidence of its military use against enemies of America. The subject matter is a taboo among environmental analysts.

No in-depth investigation has been undertaken to reveal the operational dimensions of weather warfare. But, there are many cases where enemies of the US have been subjected to such weather warfare, which will be explained in this article.

The irony is that the impacts of ENMOD techniques for military news were documented by CBC TV in the early 1990s.

This TV report acknowledged that the HAARP facility in Alaska had the ability to trigger typhoons, earthquakes, floods and droughts:

"Directed energy is such a powerful technology that it could be used to heat the ionosphere to turn weather into a weapon of war. Imagine using a flood to destroy a city or tornadoes to decimate an approaching army in the desert.

 

The military has spent a huge amount of time on weather modification as a concept for battle environments.

 

If an electromagnetic pulse went off over a city, basically all the electronic things in your home or work would wink and go out, and they would be permanently destroyed."

World renowned scientist Dr Rosalie Bertell was one of the first to reveal the diabolical nature of the HAARP project.

She said that,

"...the ability of HAARP to deliver very large amounts of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening.

 

The project is likely to be sold to the public as a space shield against incoming weapons, or for the more gullible, a device for repairing the ozone layer", and she depicts HAARP as a "gigantic heater that can cause major disruptions in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps that deadly radiation from bombarding the planet. "

For those who still doubt that such devastating secret weapons have been developed, here is an intriguing quote from an article in New Zealand's leading newspaper, the New Zealand Herald:

"Top-secret wartime experiments were conducted off the coast of Auckland to perfect a tidal wave bomb, declassified files reveal.

An Auckland University professor seconded to the Army set off a series of underwater explosions triggering mini-tidal waves at Whangaparaoa in 1944 and 1945.

Professor Thomas Leech's work was considered so significant that United States defence chiefs said that if the project had been completed before the end of the war it could have played a role as effective as that of the atom bomb.

Details of the tsunami bomb, known as Project Seal, are contained in 53-year-old documents released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade."

If the military secretly developed weapons that could cause a tsunami over 50 years ago,

what kind of advanced deadly weapons might be available now...?

Clearly the military has the capability to cause a tsunami and likely cause earthquakes and hurricanes, as well. It's time for us to take action to spread the word on this vital topic.

Military planners are always interested in developing the most devastating weapons possible. Yet these weapons are kept secret as long as possible, for reasons of "national security" (for which read: 'for the safety and security of the Rockefeller Empire').

There are many examples of major defense projects kept successfully out of the public's eyes for years and even decades.

Weather warfare is the ultimate WMD, with the potential of destabilizing an enemy's ecosystem, destroying its agriculture, disabling communications networks.

In other words, ENMOD techniques can undermine an entire national economy, impoverish millions and "kill a nation" without the deployment of troops and military equipment.

Some researchers have discussed the possibility of the use of HAARP in major disasters like the earthquake in Haiti, the Indonesian tsunami, and the Fukushima nuclear incident and tsunami in Japan.

Of course disasters like this happen regularly on a natural basis, yet if you begin to research, there is some high strangeness around some of these disasters.

The evidence is inconclusive, yet with the known and unknown major destructive capabilities of this weapon, serious questions remain.

Owning the Weather

In 1996, some 4 years after HAARP became operational; the Pentagon produced a document analyzing weather modification for military use.

The underlying objective from a military standpoint is "Owning the Weather."

This document was called "US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report", and it states that weather modification,

"offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary, and capabilities extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes."

And, according to General Gordon Sullivan, former Army chief of staff,

"As we leap technology into the 21^st century, we will be able to see the enemy day or night, in any weather, and go after him relentlessly.

 

Global, precise, real-time, systemic weather-modification capability would provide military commanders with a powerful force multiplier to achieve military objectives.

 

The capability of influencing the weather even on a small scale could change it from a force degrader to a force multiplier."

The CIA helps fund research, focusing on geo-engineering and climate manipulation.

The aim of the CIA is to assess potential security issues that could arise if enemies of the US use this technology to harm the US, or its allies.

Follow The Money:

Whenever any issue becomes confusing, then one should "follow the money".

HAARP's system of antennas at Gakona, Alaska, was initially based on a technology patented by Advanced Power Technologies Inc. (ATP), a subsidiary of the Atlantic Richfield Corporation, or ARCO, an oil company within the Rockefeller stable.

In 1994, ARCO sold its APTI subsidiary, including the patents, to E-Systems, a secretive high-tech military outfit with links to the CIA (another division within the Rockefeller Empire.

It is worth mentioning that the APTI patents were based on research of Yugoslavian scientist Nicola Tesla (many of whose ideas were stolen by US corporations.)

A year later, E-Systems were bought out by Raytheon, the 4^th largest military contractor (and another company within the Rockefeller Empire).

As one can now see, when we follow the money, all roads lead to the Rockefeller Empire...

Now we know who is the real power behind HAARP, and all aspects of weather warfare.

HAARP in Action

The Pentagon now began its weather warfare against "Rogue States".

The unusual climatic occurrences in the US and Western Europe have been extensively documented. However, what the news media has failed to underscore is that a number of unusual and dramatic climatic changes have occurred in recent years in countries which are identified as possible targets under Washington's pre-emptive war doctrine.

At this juncture in our history, US-NATO forces are deployed worldwide.

The US and its allies are waging war on Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, and, are also now threatening Russia and China. The Pentagon has formulated the contours of a global military agenda, a "long war" without borders.

Weather manipulation is the preemptive weapon par excellence. It can be directed against enemy countries, or even friendly nations, without their knowledge.

The manipulation of climate can be used to destabilize an enemy's economy, ecosystems, and agriculture.

 

Needless to say, it can trigger havoc in financial and commodity markets and can potentially be used as an instrument of "insider trading" for financial gain.

 

It has the ability of destabilizing a country's institutions.

Concurrently, the disruption in agriculture creates a greater dependency on food aid and imported grain staples from the US and other Western countries.

Washington has stated that it reserves the right to attack those countries preemptively, with a view to ensuring the security of America.

Washington - as part of its nuclear posture review - has threatened several countries including Russia and China with preemptive nuclear strikes.

One would assume that the same targeting of rogue states exists with regard to the use of weather-modification techniques.

While there is no evidence of the use of weather warfare against rogue states, the policy guidelines on "weather intervention techniques" have already been established, and the technology is fully operational.

Let us look at some case studies of weather warfare.
 

1. North Korea

Recurrent flooding and drought often in the same year has hit North Korea since 1995.

 

This was just after the country signed a deal over its nuclear program with the US. More than 250,000 died in the ensuing famine.

 

The first major flooding occurred in 1995. There were floods and drought in 1999. The serious water shortage resulting from the 1999 drought was conducive to the destruction of crops.

In June, 2001 there was an extensive drought with rainfall just 10% of normal levels, which served to undermine agricultural crops.

 

And then a few months later, in October, there was extensive flooding leading to the further destruction of rice harvests and a crisis situation in food distribution.

 

 

2. Cuba

For several years Cuba has been affected by recurrent droughts.

 

In 1998, rainfall in eastern Cuba was at its lowest level, resulting in a 42% loss in food staples and livestock. In 2003, a devastating drought hit the western part of Cuba.

 

In May-June 2004, the country was hit by the worst drought in its history. It brought Cuba to its knees. These reports date till end September 2004.

 

Shortly thereafter, hurricanes hit the Cuban coastline followed by torrential rains.

 

 

3. Afghanistan and Central Asia

The worst drought in Afghan history occurred in the 3 consecutive years prior to the American invasion in 2001.

 

The agricultural recovery was brought to a standstill. In 2002, famine swept the country. Similar conditions prevailed in the Central Asian countries.

 

Triggered by the lowest rainfall in living memory, vast tracts of Iran, Uzbekistan, Pakistan and Tajikistan are being reduced to desert as the water table sinks.

 

 

4. Iraq

In 1999, Iraq suffered its worst drought of the century, with the effect of triggering an even greater dependence on imported grain under the oil-for-food UN program.

 

There was a drop of 70% in domestic yields of grains and cereals, which served to further weaken the country's economy, crippled by economic sanctions and routine bombing by American jets in the no-fly zones.

 

 

5. The Indonesian Tsunami December 2004

 

 

Exxon has a huge interest in Indonesia's northern-most province of Aceh.

 

It operates several gas fields.

 

Exxon pays a monthly royalty to the Indonesian government of $100m a month. In 2003, Exxon tried to negotiate a reduction in this royalty payment, and also wanted to change the terms of its concession.

 

Remember, Indonesia had suffered huge losses following the 1997-8 Asian financial crisis.

 

With $220 billion in foreign debt, the country was being systematically destroyed. In 1999, the British took East Timor out of Indonesian control, by making it an independent country. East Timor had huge oil reserves.

The Americans thought that they could replicate in Aceh what the British did in East Timor. But, the Indonesian government refused to fall for this trick. In 1998, Indonesia suffered huge financial losses.

 

In 1999, East Timor was forcibly taken. In 2002, Indonesia suffered a terrorist attack by the US, in Bali. So, in 2004, they put their foot down, and said "No More!"

As a means of taking over Aceh, Washington brought forward a diabolical plan:

to destroy Aceh by way of a tsunami.

 

And under the pretext of providing humanitarian aid, militarily occupy the province.

For the balance of this story, we go to an edited article by Joe Vialls, an investigative journalist.

 

He was murdered not long after publishing this article.

Despite a natural human tendency to be shocked into silence by the sheer number of dead and injured across Asia on 26 December 2004, and despite also being slightly fearful of losing personal credibility because of the magnitude of the apparent crime, there are many provable irregularities in the official American tsunami story that simply have to be recorded now, or forever be lost in the sands of time.

It is beyond any doubt that a giant tidal wave (tsunami) smashed its way through South and South East Asia, and still had enough legs to continue all the way across the Indian Ocean to Africa, where it killed and injured a few hundred more.

 

So the only question we must ask, is whether this tsunami was a natural or man-made catastrophe?

 

A natural event would be horrifying enough, but if the tsunami was man-made, then we are unquestionably looking at the biggest single war crime in global history.

To make any sense at all of the irregularities, we must start at the very beginning, and then follow the course of events as they unfold, especially events in the immediate epicenter of the real tsunami epicenter, because the latter is quite different from the location being remorselessly peddled by the New York Times and CNN.

At midday local Australian time, I faithfully recorded the magnitude and position plotted by the Jakarta Geophysical Office in Indonesia.

 

An earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale had hit the north of the Indonesian island of Sumatra.

 

The Jakarta Geophysical Office meticulously noted that the epicenter of the event was located 155 miles south-southwest of Aceh Province

This location is approximately 250 miles south of the position later selected by the American NOAA, which plotted the epicenter to the north-west of Aceh, and initially claimed a Richter reading of 8.0.

Alas, even that was not enough to cover the damage caused by this extraordinary event, so NOAA progressively upgraded the reading to 8.5, then to 8.9, and finally to 9.0 - at least for the present.

So, the first proven irregularities were peddled by American officials at the NOAA, who suddenly invented a new 'flexible' peak seismic wave for the event, of far greater magnitude than Jakarta, when the Jakarta office was located much closer at almost point-blank range.

Believe me when I tell you there is no such thing as the new 'flexible' peak claimed by NOAA.

The first seismic peak you record is the only real peak, unless of course you later manually draw in a few more peaks of your own, to match a contrived agenda.

Naturally there is also only one epicenter, which was faithfully recorded by dozens of Indonesian and Indian seismographs. The Indian Government knew full well that this was not a "normal" earthquake.

On 27 December India refused to join George Bush's planned exclusive 'club of four', which would have effectively pulled this Asian nuclear power out of its new coalition with Russia, China and Brazil.

On 28 December the Indian Government politely warned the American military to stay clear of Indian sovereign territory, and on 29 December the India Daily Editorial publicly questioned the nature of the event:

"Was this a showdown by a country to show the region what havoc can be created?"...

 

"Given the level of devastation and given the fact India is a regional power in South Asia, [the] Indian Navy has an obligation to investigate and tell the world what they found."

We will return later to the relatively simple task of delivering a multi-megaton thermonuclear weapon to the bottom of the Sumatran Trench, and then detonating it with awesome effect.

Needless to say the Australians were merely the advance party, soon to be joined by a curiously well prepared and equipped U.S. Military, though it is doubtful that any of the officers and men involved really comprehend what is going on.

Only a handful thought to question why they had been spending a whole year training for a "Humanitarian Mission", when the whole point of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps is normally to kill people in very large numbers.

As if by magic, the Pentagon managed to have two battle groups ready to sail at an instant's notice from Hong Kong and Guam during the normally chaotic Christmas to New Year period. Crikey!

Military discipline has come a hell of a long way since my day, when everyone including the ship's cat was sleeping it off at some highly questionably hostelry or another.

Not these 10,000+ Americans though, who must have been standing rigidly to attention beside their hammocks day and night, tugging furiously at their forelocks whenever an officer came in sight.

The next bit was superbly orchestrated, because it took place at sea, far away from the prying eyes of dock spies or imaginary KGB agents.

But oops, first you have to know who was involved.

Out of Hong Kong rushed team one, comprised of the nuclear-powered USS Abraham Lincoln and her escort vessels, while the far more interesting team two rushed out of Guam, led by the USS Bonhomme Richard, a marine amphibious assault carrier crammed to the gunwales with gun-toting wooden tops.

And that is not all; believe me, because the Bonhomme Richard is in fact leading a veritable armada known as "Expeditionary Strike Group 5".

The really sneaky (inexplicable) bit came as both battle groups entered the Indian Ocean.

The USS Abraham Lincoln looked about as innocent as a carrier with 70 attack planes can look, but was already carrying 2,000 marines instead of her normal complement of around 500.

That is a huge amount of grunt firepower to put on the deserted streets of Banda Aceh.

Now then,

how did they know the extra marines would be needed before team one left Hong Kong...?

Theoretically, the American 9 megaton W-53 thermonuclear warhead could easily be encased in a small 'lookalike' saturation diving chamber to protect it from the massive 10,000 pounds per square inch pressures at the bottom of the Sumatran Trench.

The whole armored package would weigh less than five tons, allowing it to be slipped over the stern of any oil rig supply vessel, of which there are more than 300 in Asia alone. Who would even notice...?

I will be circumspect as to exactly how a large American thermonuclear weapon managed to arrive at the bottom of the Sumatran Trench, though all of the seismic evidence and preparedness for the resulting mission indicates strongly that this is the case.

After all, we are back to the age-old question of "who benefits?", and in this particular case,

"Who is insane enough to kill more than 150,000 civilians just to hang on to power?"

Based on their past performance in Iraq and other luckless countries, it would seem that the only realistic candidates are Rockefeller and company, striving as always to create a,

"One World Government"...

Certainly no other nuclear powers including Russia and China stand to gain anything at all from such an outrageous mass murder, so, as always in the end, we come back to Sherlock Holmes via the pen of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle:

"When you have ruled out the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, is the truth."

It is the incompressibility of water in particular that matters deep down in the Sumatran Trench.

At the bottom you already have 10,000 pounds of pressure per square inch pressing down on your weapon of choice, and above that weapon there is a column of water 20,000 feet tall, which is what caused the pressure in the first place.

Not only that.

The trench narrows at the bottom, meaning that the weapon is 'hemmed-in', with a very real chance of moving a tectonic plate if sufficient tonnage is used...

In this particular case there was no real need to shift a tectonic plate, and science suggests that if this blast had caused such an effect, several very powerful aftershocks would have occurred, as has happened with every other major earthquake in the past.

To force subservience on Asia, and ensure the lion's share of incredibly lucrative reconstruction contracts, all that was needed was a very large tsunami targeted on the selected nations, which was easily within the capabilities of a large thermonuke.

There is nothing new about "Sea Bursts" as they are called, and more than 30 years ago plans existed in both America and Russia to wipe out each other's coastal cities using exactly this technique.

The tidal wave from a deep sea burst is relatively clean, allowing the aggressor to take over both land and remaining buildings etc. with the minimum of delay.

Tsunami 'Just Missed' India's Top Fighter Jets & Nuclear Power Station

India's nuclear reactor at Chennai in Tamil Nadu State flanked on either side by state-of-the-art hyper performance Sukhoi SU 30 jets, which should have been vulnerably situated in the Nicobar Islands front-line when the tsunami roared north from the Sumatran Trench.

India has a major air force base on the Island of Car Nicobar, which guards the front line of Indian airspace in the Bay of Bengal.

 

This base was being upgraded as 'home' to 25 of the IAF's Russian Sukhoi SU 30 jets, every one of which is capable of firing both the Sunburn and Onyx Mach 2.0+ sea skimming anti-ship missiles.

The Sukhoi squadrons were due to arrive in Car Nicobar on 14 December, but had to be delayed because of construction work, which is extremely ironic.

 

Despite the tidal wave roaring over the island and breaking up the runways, India still has its incredibly valuable SU 30 hyper performance planes, now situated on the mainland fully armed, and within striking range of both US Battle Fleets currently in the Indian Ocean.

As I post this update in the early hours of 6 January, Bloomberg has very kindly just confirmed the transfer of power from Expeditionary Strike Group 5 (humanitarian duties only), to the USS Abraham Lincoln battle group off Aceh.

 

Now not one but both massive assault landing carriers are bound for poor old Indonesia and its 110,000,000 Muslim citizens...

"The USS Bonhomme Richard and USS Duluth today arrived in Sumatran waters and airlifted more than 200,000 pounds (90,000 kilograms) from two warehouses for distribution to areas unreachable by road, the U.S. embassy in Jakarta said in an e- mailed statement.

 

The ships carry 25 helicopters each and more than doubled the number of U.S. aircraft to carry aid."

Condoleezza Rice's Unbelievably Arrogant "Profitable" Tsunami

At a recent Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on her appointment by Bush to the post of Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice declared that the tsunami constituted,

"a wonderful opportunity to show not just the US government, but the heart of the American people."

 

"And I think it has paid great dividends for us," she added.

This tsunami caused the deaths of 250,000 people and left huge destruction in its aftermath. These are the sort of games these evil power brokers play.

 

All of this just to avoid paying $100 million in royalties every month!

What's next is of even greater criminality, and that is the story of Haiti.

 

6. The Geopolitical Prize Called Haiti

Haiti, and the larger island of Hispaniola of which it is a part, has the geological fate that it straddles one of the world's most active geological zones, where the deep water plates of three huge structures relentlessly rub against one another:

the intersection of the North American, South American and Caribbean tectonic plates.

The regions of convergence of such plates are also areas where vast volumes of oil and gas can be pushed upwards from the Earth's mantle.

 

The geophysics surrounding the convergence of the three plates that run more or less directly beneath Port-au-Prince make the region prone to earthquakes such as the one that struck Haiti with devastating ferocity on January 12.

A Relevant Texas Geological Project

Leaving aside the relevant question of how well in advance the Pentagon and US scientists knew the quake was about to occur, and what Pentagon plans were being laid before January 12, another issue emerges around the events in Haiti that might help explain the bizarre behavior to date of the major 'rescue' players - the United States, France and Canada.

Aside from being prone to violent earthquakes, Haiti also happens to lie in a zone that, due to the unusual geographical intersection of its three tectonic plates, might well be straddling one of the world's largest unexplored zones of oil and gas, as well as of valuable rare strategic mineral

Notably, in 2005, a year after the Bush-Cheney Administration de facto deposed the democratically elected President of Haiti, Jean-Bertrand Aristide, a team of geologists from the Institute for Geophysics at the University of Texas began an ambitious and thorough two-phase mapping of all geological data of the Caribbean Basins.

Directed by Dr. Paul Mann, it is called "Caribbean Basins, Tectonics and Hydrocarbons."

It is all about determining as precisely as possible the relation between tectonic plates in the Caribbean and the potential for hydrocarbons - oil and gas.

Notably, the sponsors of the multi-million dollar research project under Mann are the world's largest oil companies, including,

• Chevron

• ExxonMobil

• the Anglo-Dutch Shell

• BHP Billiton

It is surprising that the region had not been mapped earlier.

Now it emerges that major oil companies were at least generally aware of the huge oil potential of the region long ago, but apparently decided to keep it quiet.

Cuba's Super-giant find

Evidence that the US Administration may well have more in mind for Haiti than the improvement of the lot of the devastated Haitian people can be found in nearby waters off Cuba, directly across from Port-au-Prince.

In October 2008 a consortium of oil companies led by Spain's Repsol, together with Cuba's state oil company, Cubapetroleo, announced discovery of one of the world's largest oilfields in the deep water off Cuba.

It is what oil geologists call a 'Super-giant' field.

Estimates are that the Cuban field contains as much as 20 billion barrels of oil. The discovery also likely makes Cuba a new high-priority target for Pentagon destabilization and other nasty operations.

No doubt to the dismay of Washington, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev flew to Havana one month after the Cuban giant oil find to sign an agreement with acting-President Raul Castro for Russian oil companies to explore and develop Cuban oil.

Medvedev's Russia-Cuba oil agreements came only a week after the visit of Chinese President Hu Jintao to meet the recuperating Fidel Castro and his brother Raul.

The Chinese President signed an agreement to modernize Cuban ports and discussed Chinese purchase of Cuban raw materials. No doubt the mammoth new Cuban oil discovery was high on the Chinese agenda with Cuba.

The remarkable geography of Haiti and Cuba and the discovery of world-class oil reserves in the waters off Cuba lend credence to anecdotal accounts of major oil discoveries in several parts of Haitian territory.

It also could explain why two Bush Presidents and now special UN Haiti Envoy Bill Clinton have made Haiti such a priority.

In March 2004, some months before the University of Texas and American Big Oil launched their ambitious mapping of the hydrocarbon potentials of the Caribbean, a Haitian writer, Dr. Georges Michel, published online an article titled 'Oil in Haiti.'

In it, Michel wrote,

...[I]t has been no secret that deep in the earthy bowels of the two states that share the island of Haiti and the surrounding waters that there are significant, still untapped deposits of oil.

 

Since the early twentieth century, the physical and political map of the island of Haiti, erected in 1908, reported a major oil reservoir in Haiti near the source of the river better known today as the River Thomonde.

The Jan. 12 earthquake was on a fault line that passes near potential gas reserves, said Stephen Pierce, a geologist who worked in the region for 30 years for companies that included the former Mobil Corp.

The quake may have cracked rock formations along the fault, allowing gas or oil to temporarily seep toward the surface, he said.

In an interview with a Santo Domingo online paper, Leopoldo Espaillat Nanita, former head of the Dominican Petroleum Refinery (REFIDOMSA) stated,

"There is a multinational conspiracy to illegally take the mineral resources of the Haitian people."

Haiti's minerals include gold, the valuable strategic metal iridium and oil, apparently lots of it.

When Aristide was President - up until his US-backed ouster during the Bush era in 2004 - he had developed and published in book form his national development plans.

These plans included, for the first time, a detailed list of known sites where the resources of Haiti were located.

Aristide's plan was to implement a public-private partnership to ensure that the development of Haiti's oil, gold and other valuable resources would benefit the national economy and the broader population, and not merely the five Haitian oligarchic families and their US backers, the so-called Chimeres or gangsters.

Since the ouster of Aristide in 2004, Haiti has been an occupied country, with a dubiously-elected President, Rene Preval, a controversial follower of IMF privatization mandates.

Now, in the wake of the devastating earthquake of January 12, the United States military has taken control of Haiti's four airports and presently has some 20,000 troops in the country.

Journalists and international aid organizations have accused the US military of being more concerned with imposing military control, which it prefers to call "security," than with bringing urgently needed water, food and medicine from the airport sites to the population.

A US military occupation of Haiti under the guise of earthquake disaster 'relief' would give Washington and private business interests tied to it a geopolitical prize of the first order.

With huge new oil finds off Cuba being exploited by Russian companies, with clear indications that Haiti contains similar vast untapped oil as well as gold, copper, uranium and iridium, a return of Aristide or any popular leader committed to developing the resources for the people of Haiti, - the poorest nation in the Americas - would constitute a devastating blow to the world's sole Superpower.

The US, France and Canada are engaged in a balkanization of the island for future mineral control. Canada wants the North of Haiti where Canadian mining interests are already present.

The US wants Port-au-Prince and the island of La Gonaive just offshore - an area identified in Aristide's development book as having vast oil resources, and which is bitterly contested by France.

In summary, Haiti was HAAPED by New York, to grab its oil reserves.

Due to the physical and geological structures, it was thought that a large earthquake would crack open the rock formations, so that the oil could be easily drilled.

7. Pakistan Floods 2010

 

 

Relations between the US and Pakistan were at an all-time low, during this period.

 

Obama had increased the drone bombings in Pakistan. Add to this the Chinese involvement in building up the port of Gwadar in Pakistan, which was a no-no as far as Washington was concerned.

In June 2010, Pakistan was hit with a disastrous flood that eventually covered more than 35% of its agricultural lands. It left 20 million people homeless, and created many diseases. Thousands of lives were lost.

 

Pakistan is still recovering from this super-flood.

 

 

8. Japan - Tsunami & Fukushima - March 2011

Here, we will provide evidence that HAARP is not only capable of inducing earthquakes, but that it appears to have been used on Japan.

 

 

Also, readings from the HAARP Induction Magnetometer, which visualizes the frequency spectrum of signals detected in the earth's geomagnetic field, show that a steady, ultra-low frequency (ULF) of roughly 2.5 Hz was being broadcast days before the earthquake.

 

The 2.5 Hz ULF happens to be the exact same frequency as the natural resonance produced by an earthquake - and since there were no constant earthquakes occurring on the days before the quake as the HAARP Induction Magnetometer appeared to indicate, the logical conclusion is that the signal was being broadcast to induce the quake.

Some would argue that HAARP is not capable of producing such frequencies, especially at the power levels that would be required to induce a massive earthquake like the 9.0+ that occurred in Japan.

 

But testimony by various governments says otherwise.

On April 28, 1997, then US Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen gave an important keynote address at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and US Strategy at the University of Georgia in Athens.

 

When asked a question about terrorism, Cohen had this to say as part of his response about the type of technology that existed, even back then:

"Others are engaging even in an eco-type terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves".

This admission counters the claims made by some that no such technology exists, and that it is impossible to create seismic activity using directed energy.

Clearly the technology has been around for a while, and the notion of it being used as a weapon is anything but a baseless conspiracy theory.

Why was Japan HAARPED?

Japan has a postal savings bank, with nearly $5 trillion in customers' savings on its books.

For years David Rockefeller was trying to get his hands on this, but faced tough resistance from the ruling elite in Japan. When the need for cash was acute in New York, following the 2008 financial crash, attention was turned again to Japan's postal bank.

The Japanese elite resisted increasing pressure from New York, and when it was realized that this pressure tactics wasn't working, then David Rockefeller activated the plan to HAARP Japan.

The Rockefellers were trying to extort more money to keep the Federal Reserve going, but Japan said no more money.

Senator J.D. (Jay) Rockefeller finally made good on the threat, as the Japanese parliament was going to end foreign control, and stop giving money to the Rockefeller war machine.

A few hours AFTER the Fukushima tsunami, the Japanese prime minister wired 60 trillion yen (or $600 billion) to the Federal Reserve. This is all documented by Benjamin Fulford.

The nuke that drowned Fukushima was planted by the giant Japanese drilling ship, the Chikyu Maru.

To quote Fulford:

"the nuke was taken aboard the Chikyu Maru where it was placed ten kilometers under the seabed right smack in the middle of the earthquake epicenter, according to multiple sources."

Russian intelligence has stepped forward with exactly how the bomb was transported to Japan.

The huge drilling ship was exactly over the 9.1 quake epicenter in January and February, drilling a very deep hole in the earthquake fault.

There are two reasons there are no scrubbers at Fukushima to stop the radioactive air pollution; first, the Japanese know it was an attack on their country, so why should they care about polluting the USA?

Second, the Rockefellers WANT THE RADIATION TO CONTAMINATE JAPAN, so they may be pressuring the Japanese to go slow, let it burn, let it melt, kill off as many people as possible, as it says in their holy book.

This Rockefeller dirty bomb is the ultimate in terrorism, and in reducing world population.

Now, you have the real reasons for this horrible situation, and why it will go on, and on, worse and worse, for years to come.

A huge 8.9 Richter scale earthquake rocked Tokyo today resulting in a giant tsunami causing incredible amounts of damage, injuries and deaths.

My first reaction was to check the University of Tokyo's HAARP induction magnetometer to see if HAARP was fired up around the time of the quake.

Sure enough, following a week of electromagnetic silence, HAARP was turned on at approximately 0:00 hours 9 March, 2011 UTC and has been going strong since.
