Oddly, I found some further (incomplete) notes from my CIA friend
"Mr. Langley" yesterday. (You may recall that he passed away in
2009).
He was trying to tell me about this then. I wasn't as in tune as I
am now.
He said:
"Remember that the rainbow is more
than just a pretty promise that God put in the sky. It is a
visual representation of the atmosphere... the different colors
represent frequencies.
Those frequency layers were put
there by God as a barrier to block certain dark frequencies from
being able to be as active on the Earth.
"Blue Beam" is more than a name.
The Blue, Violet and Purple
colors/frequencies are the 'God' frequencies... the Alpha and
Omega frequencies. The current scientific work being done by
TPTB are to lessen or eliminate those three colors, or barriers,
so that there will be an increase in the dark frequencies.
The more readily visible
frequencies/colors represent the more worldly and 'dark'
forces... (which does not seem natural to us, as yellows and
oranges would seem, to us, to be 'happy' colors.).
The more visible to us in this state of existence, the further
these frequencies are from God... more worldly.
Removing the blue-violet-purple, through
HAARP
and other means
results in a concentration of negative power. by eliminating or
lessening the blue range of light, they are removing the
barriers that keep the dark frequencies in check... allowing
them to concentrate... allowing dark forces to come together and
increase in strength.
God's rainbow is a visible reminder that he has all of the
forces of nature and spirit in check. Some men understand this
and are working to eliminate those checks and balances, for
their own and the dark force's agendas. The rainbow represents
the atmospheric 'covering' that he placed over/around the Earth
after the flood, so that demonic forces would not have the
ability to directly interact with men like they did in the days
of Noah.
Of course... The bible says that the end times will be AS in the
days of Noah... so you can see how it is important to TPTB to
put things back like the were before the flood?
That is the purpose of HAARP and 'chemtrails' and all of the
other projects. The true purpose is known by TPTB, but even
those high up in the programs don't realize their true purpose.
Another thing: You asked me about
Faraday cages and
EMP
protection...
You want to "INSULATE", NOT 'ground' your equipment.
Think about a car going down a highway... It can be struck by a
bolt of lightening and continue on as though nothing happened...
no damage to the car itself. That is because the rubber tires
insulate the car. Grounding just directs the lightning from the
point of impact through the home or building. That's why you
lose computers and other electronics when your home is struck by
lightning.
It works the same for EMP. Nothing wrong with a Faraday cage, or
even a metal garbage can that holds your electronics... BUT,
place rubber underneath the cage and can, so that it is
insulated.
I'll tell you this:
Tom Clancy and Oliver North have
spent major bucks building INSULATED safe rooms that rest on
rubber pads... Underground bunkers for Command and Control
rest on rubber insulated mats. These people understand that
the trick is to insulate and isolate equipment from
potential electrical and EMP waves.
One more thing about HAARP and the
Alpha and Omega frequencies:
There are over 2700 satellites
right now that are in space and that have tuners that can
increase or block the Alpha and Omega frequencies that reach
the Earth.
When they want to, they can bombard the Earth
with the negative waves/frequencies... this will simply be a
matter of tuning your radio and television broadcast waves.
One minute the world will be
watching their favorite sitcom, then, after the commercial,
the picture and sound will be the same, but the
electromagnetic and unseen message will be totally
different.
You will suddenly see increased
negative tension and anxiety. Family arguments, and as the
frequency strength is increased, outright unexplainable violence
and crime.
Insulate... insulate... insulate!

en la Tierra.

El azul, violeta y púrpura, son
los colores/frecuencias de Dios… las frecuencias Alfa y Omega. El
trabajo científico actual que está siendo realizado por los poderes
oscuros (TPTB), son para disminuir o eliminar esos tres colores, o lo que
son: las barreras, de modo que hubiese un aumento de las frecuencias
oscuras.
Las demás frecuencias/colores que son mas visibles representan a las
fuerzas más obscuras…. cosa que no parece natural para nosotros,
como los colores amarillos y naranjas nos parecen mas “felices” (pero
no es así…).
Lo más 'visible' para nosotros en este estado de la existencia, es
lo más 'lejos' de Dios, y, lo más mundano.
Una extracción de los colores azul-violeta-púrpura, a través de
HAARP y por otros medios, resultaría en una concentración del poder
negativo. Al eliminar o disminuir el rango de la luz azul, están
eliminando las barreras que mantienen lejos y bajo control a las
frecuencias oscuras… lo que les permite a éstas concentrarse y
incrementar su fuerza. …
El arco iris de Dios es un recordatorio visible de que
él tiene
todas las fuerzas de la naturaleza y el espíritu bajo control.
Algunos hombres entienden esto, y están trabajando para eliminar
este control y equilibrio por su cuenta, para sacar adelante su
agenda de la fuerza oscura.
El arco iris representa la cobertura de la
atmósfera que puso
sobre/alrededor de la Tierra después del diluvio, para que las
fuerzas demoníacas no tuvieran la capacidad de interactuar
directamente con los hombres como lo hicieron antes de los días de
Noé.
Por supuesto… la biblia dice que el fin de los tiempos será como en
los días de Noé, así que, es fácil entender como es tan importante
para los PTBs poner las cosas como estaban 'antes' de la inundación.
Ese es el real propósito de HAARP y los
chemtrails, y todos los
otros proyectos. Las agendas son muy conocidas por los PTBs , pero
incluso los muy instruidos en los programas no saben todo sobre el
propósito real.
Otra cosa: Usted me preguntó acerca de las
jaulas de Faraday y la
protección del
PEM…
Usted debería ”aislar”, y no llevar a tierra (to ground) el equipo.
Piense en un coche que va por una carretera… Puede ser golpeado por
un rayo y continuar como si nada hubiera pasado… ningún daño al
coche mismo. Esto se debe a que los neumáticos de goma aíslan el
coche. Una conexión a la tierra dirige el rayo desde el punto de
impacto a través de la casa o edificio. Es por eso que se pierde
computadoras y otros aparatos electrónicos cuando su casa es
golpeado por un rayo.
Funciona de la misma forma para EMP. No hay nada malo con una jaula
de Faraday, o incluso un cubo de basura hecha de metal, dentro del
cual se puede guardar los equipos electrónicos… PERO, hay que poner
caucho debajo de la jaula o el cubo de metal, para que todo esté
aislado.
Te diré esto: Tom Clancy y Oliver North se han gastado mucho dinero
edificando habitaciones seguras encima de almohadillas de goma. Los
búnkeres subterráneos para el mando y control están construidos
encima de lo mismo, esteras de goma aislante.
Estas personas entienden que el truco consiste en aislar y insular
el equipo de posibles ondas eléctricas y el EMP.
Una cosa más sobre las frecuencias de HAARP y las
frecuencias de
Alfa y Omega:
Hay más de 2.700 satélites que ahora mismo están en el espacio y que
tienen sintonizadores que pueden aumentar o bloquear las frecuencias
Alfa y Omega que llegan a la Tierra.
Cuando quieran, pueden
bombardear la Tierra con las ondas/frecuencias negativas… esto
simplemente será cuestión de sintonizar la radio y las ondas de
televisión.
En un momento el mundo estará observando su sitcom (comedia
televisiva) favorita, y luego, después de la pausa comercial, la
imagen y el sonido serán los mismos, pero el mensaje
electromagnético y invisible será totalmente diferente.
De repente se verá un aumento en la tensión negativa y la ansiedad.
Habrán discusiones familiares, y como la fuerza de la frecuencia
incrementa, ocurrirá una violencia directa inexplicable,
delincuencia y crímenes masivos.
Aislar … aislar … aislar!
