Exposing UFO/Alien Hoaxes And Copyright Infringement

As with the case with many UFO researchers who show their their films, videos and photographs to others, it often happens that their own, copyrighted materials shows up for sale in DVDs without their permission.

According to Mr. Walson, many of his and his wife's videos have been edited and, allegedly sold, without permission. No proceeds from the alleged sales have reportedly been shared with John Walson or Abbey 'Bamb' (Parker) Walson.

What is of particular concern to the Walsons is the corruption and hoaxes being reportedly perpetrated with some of their videos.
 

A Fraud Revealed

One of the most blatant examples of these kinds of activities as reported, and demonstrated by the Walsons is to be seen in the following video. In this footage, a UFO researcher has taken the Walson's video and uses it to make the astonishing claim that the figure in the night scene in a field is an "alien thing" with "an entity flying around (it)."

Unfortunately, for the researcher, the "alien" in the field is not an alien...it is John Lenard Walson.

This kind of fraud, say the Walsons, is what gives Ufology a very bad name... not to mention the moral issues involved in the unauthorized use of their footage which is also, they assert, being sold on DVD at UFO conferences.

Here is the hoaxed video followed by brand new footage that the Walsons just recorded at the exact same location at night with John Walson (the 'alien') standing in the same place...
 

According to John Walson, the white line identified by the researcher as an "entity flying around" is simply a bug leaving light streaks in the video camera's Night Shot IFR mode.

The Walson's feel strongly that by applying one's name as 'partial copyright' holder of someone else's video footage is clearly unethical to say the least.

They urge all researchers and those who have videotaped anomalous objects to be extremely careful who they show their video to and never to send copies to anyone without a full legal agreement signed beforehand.
 

The Lamp Post UFO Videos

John Walson first videotaped lights above a UK lamp post in 2002. That video has also been used by other researchers without permission. The Walsons recently went back and videotaped the same lamp post, and again captured lights in the sky far above and behind it. These lights as shown in Walson UFOs - Part 1 are actually some of the mystery space machines in orbit above the earth.
