the Pleiadian-Nibiruans

Until recently, there has been much psychic interference sent my way
by both the Drakonian Councils and the Pleiadian Councils of Nibiru,
to motivate people away from learning what the Elohei have to say.
Until recently, both groups were running agendas to place humanity
under dictatorial control from the higher dimensional hierarchies,
and did not want the truth of human evolution or the secrets of the Amenti star gates exposed in the human arena. But "the tides are
changing".
During my trip recent trip to Wyoming I was informed by the Guardian
Alliance that the Pleiadian Star League (of which the Nibiruian
Council is a part), and several other Annu race councils, have
petitioned to re-enter the Emerald Covenant pro-human agenda of the Elohei and guardian races; but under certain conditions that effect
directly what I am permitted to do in my work with the Guardian
Alliance. It was realized by the Nibiruians and the Pleiadian races
that support them, that their plan to hi-jack all of humanity into
Anunnaki lines to capture Amenti during the 2000-2017 Star Gate
cycle was not going to work (this is the agenda that has been
running through their contemporary contact, serving to divide the
"light workers" of the New Age Movement). If they maintained in
opposition to the freedom agendas of the Elohei and remained at odds
with the Drakonian world dominion agendas, the whole thing would
blow up into an intergalactic mess, with Earth caught in the middle.
It would end in war and humans were unlikely to survive at all.
(This is what happened on Parallel Earth). No one would "win".
The
Guardian Alliance and the Emerald Order realize this also and so
were willing to negotiate treaties with the Pleiadian Star League
and several other Annu-Elohim councils, IF they would give up their
intention of hi-jacking all of humanity into Anunnaki evolution.
Within the last 2 weeks an agreement was made between the Pleiadian
Star League, several Annu-Elohim Councils and the stellar races they
direct and the Elohei Councils of the Guardian Alliance. VERY GOOD
NEWS FOR ALL!
I have been told the name of the Treaty but I am not yet permitted
to disclose this, as it brings other stellar races into the picture,
and more data is need on who they are before disclosing their
involvement. I have only been given information regarding the
Pleiadians and Nibiruians entry into the Treaty, and so of the
terms, but there is much more to this yet to come.
The ORAPHIM
and the INDIGO CHILDREN

The Cloister Dora-Teura texts detailed the lost history of our races
and the interdimensional advanced sciences of DNA/Kundalin/Merkaba
Mechanics-and Earth Grid scalar mechanics- through which humans can
reclaim their mastery of the space-time-matter experience.
The Dora-Teura texts were last on the planet in true, undistorted
form 210,216 years ago. Later attempts at translating some of the
Dora-Teura texts were made in the Atlantian period -ended in 9558BC
- through the Emerald Tablets of Toth, and later again through the
ORIGINAL texts of what became the Bible, Torah, Kabbalah and
Sanskrit Sutras. ALL of the later translations of the Dora-Teura
texts, including the edited Anunnaki renditions of the Emerald
Tablets, were perverted, edited, distorted, twisted and utterly
compromised by the Anunnaki and reptilian race visitors, and their
human Illuminati cohorts, in ancient times. But once, long ago,
there was an underlying truth and promise of human freedom within
those teachings.
The Emerald Order Oraphim, who are now incarnating in flesh as the
Indigo Children, were the original authors of the Cloister Dora-Teura
texts. These texts were given on earth 248,000 years ago as part of
an agreement called the Emerald Covenant - an interstellar promise
made by the Original stellar human lineage, to assist the
earth-human lineage to re-evolve back into their original 12-strand
DNA potential. These teachings were a gift of love and knowledge
from Elder Race humans who CARED about earth humanity and who wanted
to see humans regain their freedom, awareness and power. There is
MUCH more to the Emerald Covenant, which explains the nonsense of
what has become our recorded history interpretation.
Many people are beginning to awaken to their memories of
incarnations in other space-time locations, and this is because
human DNA is presently beginning to activate higher due to the Solar
Light spectra changes of the 2000-2017 Stellar Activations cycle.
People with the least amount of
Anunnaki or reptilian distortion in
the DNA will regain more memory faster. Anyone can benefit by the
DNA reverse-mutation technologies being taught by the Emerald Order;
remembering is the promise of human heritage- the potential of
remembering belongs to us ALL.
AMENTI RESCUE
MISSION
The Covenant of Palaidor and the Palaidorians of Tara

Just prior to the cataclysm of Tara 550 million years ago the
Ceres, Ur-Tarranates and Lumians of Mu devised a plan to rescue
the Taran souls that would be lost in HU-1 during the
approaching disaster. Being skilled at time portal mechanics and
interdimensional portal travel, the Ceres created a plan that
the Ur-Tarranates would fulfill. With the assistance of the
Sirian Council, Elohim, and HU-2 Pleiadians, the Ur-Tarranates
formed an agreement with several other HU-2 races called The
Covenant of Palaidor. Through the Covenant of Palaidor a rescue
mission for the Taran souls of HU-1 was set in motion. Those
involved in the agreement ( the Sirians, Pleiadians, Ur-Tarranates,
Elohim, Lyrans, Ceres, Lumians and Alanians) became known as the
Palaidorians. Working through the Breneau Rishi (beings of pure
consciousness) from HU-5, the Palaidorians petitioned further
assistance from an entity gestalt within the Metagalactic Core;
this entity is know as Ra, or the Ra Confederacy.
Of the 12
primary identity gestalts within the Ra Confederacy, members of
its four largest gestalts became involved and allowed for the
rescue mission to take place. The four primary members of the Ra
Confederacy involved within the Covenant of Palaidor are the
Auzurites, Aton-a, Amonites and the Brigijhidett (a sub-group of
the Brigijhidett are presently incarnating in your Earth system
as members of the ascended masters family of Vairagi. Several
other groups associated with these three gestalts are also
involved with Earth at this time, including the consciousness
gestalt Azar-Azara and a HU-2 ET race known as the Zhar
Confederacy).

When
the Watchers interact with us directly, they frequently appear
wearing white, purple, silver, or gold hooded robes. Many look like
"perfect" human beings, tall with human features, and some resemble
human-ET combinations. Most have a whitish or pale-gray complexion,
are 5.5 to 9 feet tall, and look like very old humans. Long ago,
when our race was seeded here, the Watchers accepted the
responsibility of keeping our planet's energies in balance until we
matured enough to take over this role. They have guarded and guided
us, individually and en-masse, and they are presently assisting
Guardian agendas that will assure our survival. We have reached a
level of evolutionary maturity that enables us to take over the role
held by the Watchers, and they are presently teaching us to do this
effectively. Though there are many others who watch us, the true
Watchers have been our species custodians since the beginning. We
are part of their genetic progeny.
The Watchers oversee another large Guardian collective known as
the
Place Holders. They are advanced souls from higher dimensions who
agree to incarnate in ET and human form in the third dimension at
set intervals in linear time. They carry very high-vibrating genetic
codes that are keyed to frequencies of the fifth-dimensional
energetic blueprint for Earth. The Place Holders ensure that the
vibration of the Earth's grid remains high enough to keep the planet
moving forward in its evolutionary progression through the time
cycles of the third dimension.
The Watchers are responsible for orchestrating the continuing incarnational cycles of
the Place Holders. Until recently the Place
Holders were mostly ET, so our planet's intrinsic mechanics have
been controlled and directed by spiritually advanced ET groups,
including a high concentration of Sirians.
Recently the Watchers and the Galactic Council have turned over the
role of Place Holder to the human species, and we are now being
subconsciously trained to serve as Place Holders while we remain on
Earth. The Watchers tend to work via direct encounter with those
humans who have soul agreements to become Place Holders.
In our current ET drama, we have observers, visitors,
Guardians,
Watchers, Place Holders, and intruders. The classification is
determined by who they are, where they come from, and why they are
here, but one cannot determine through outward appearances how any
specific individual ET should be classified.
