Doctor files $25 Million Lawsuit

against Houston Hospital

for Smearing Her as 'Dangerous'

over views on Ivermectin

and Vaccine Mandates...

"I am being punished for speaking about what I am seeing firsthand.

I have now treated over 4,000 COVID-19 patients, and every single one of them who has received early treatment has stayed out of the hospital and survived, and no one has had any adverse repercussions from my treatment," says Dr. Mary Bowden.

A Texas MD is suing Houston Methodist Hospital for revoking her medical privileges after sharing her views of Ivermectin and vaccine mandates on social media.

Dr. Mary Bowden filed a 19-page lawsuit against the hospital seeking $25 million in damages, claiming they "defamed" her and damaged her reputation as a medical doctor.

"The way they came after me was unprofessional, unprecedented against the spirit of their bylaws," Bowden said.

"I was proud to get privileges there. It's very sad what they have become," she said.

Dr. Bowden was stripped of her privileges and lambasted by the Houston Methodist Hospital after she praised Ivermectin and condemned vaccine mandates on Twitter in November 2021.

"Tried my best to help the people that needed help and Methodist came out against me in a very public and vicious way.

They implied that I was dangerous which as a physician leaves a permanent scar on your record, on your reputation," Bowden said.

"For them to imply that what I'm doing is dangerous is the epitome of misinformation," she added.

Dr. Bowden went on Houston Morning News following the incident to explain that the hospital never called her to discuss her treatment approach.

"They are against my opinion on Ivermectin, but they never called me and had a conversation with me. They basically told the Houston Chronicle before they told me," she said.

Bowden claims she successfully treated "over 4,000 COVID-19 patients" and none have ended up in the hospital as a result.

"I am being punished for speaking about what I am seeing firsthand," she said during a presser on Monday.

"...I have now treated over 4,000 COVID-19 patients, and every single one of them who has received early treatment has stayed out of the hospital and survived, and no one has had any adverse repercussions from my treatment.

But Methodist has made it appear that I am potentially dangerous and need to be silenced. And that is wrong."

"I want to clear my name and hold them accountable. Every person has a right to an unimpaired reputation," she stated.

"Thanks to Methodist, half the world thinks that I'm crazy and dangerous."
